Hello,EXPERIENCE PROVES THAT PASTORS THRIVE BY PARTICIPATING IN A COMMUNITY OF THEIR PEERS WHERE THEY REGULARLY ENCOURAGE EACH OTHER AS FRIENDS, GROW SPIRITUALLY, AND LEARN BEST LEADERSHIP PRACTICES BY SOLVING PROBLEMS TOGETHER.
Our mission is to strengthen pastors in Zoom cohorts that meet semi-monthly from January to November. These pastoral peer communities are led by sage and experienced Kaleo Cohort Pastors who facilitate highly authentic conversations about real-time leadership and soul-care issues that threaten the health of cohort member's ministries. Our vision for Kaleo participants is that each one would be "found faithful" to their pastoral calling and ultimately regarded as "servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God". What Our Members Say:
“While Seminary prepared me to teach our church, Kaleo Collective assists me in leading our church through the encouragement and wisdom of my fellow shepherds. I’ve come to believe that every pastor needs other pastors who have been in the trenches to have their back in the good times as well as troubled times. That is the peer community you can expect from Kaleo Collective.”
FRANK J. DELEO
Sr. Pastor, Trinity Point Church
“Praise God for pastors helping pastors!”
“I am so grateful for being a part of Kaleo. As a pastor, we are all prone to busyness and burnout, and spaces like Kaleo – ones of encouragement, discussion, sympathy, and prayer – have become vital for establishing healthy rhythms of ministry for me.”

“Kaleo's vision could not be more providential”
"I am in my 57th year of active vocational ministry. And when Andy invited me to join him and a small group of peers, meeting regularly for mutual edification, I jumped at the Invitation. Just this morning I read the May/June CT 10 page article on ministry leaders giving up, walking away from the ministry. I thought, Andy’s Kaleo vision could not be more providential."
